Mr Mega Casino: What Happened to It and Where UK Players Stand

Mr Mega casino is closed. The Gambling Commission register lists mrmega.com as an inactive domain of AG Communications Limited (checked 24 September 2026), and the address now hosts an unrelated review site.

Timeline

What happened to Mr Mega casino?

Mr Mega was an online casino built on the Aspire Global platform. In Great Britain it traded under the licence of AG Communications Limited, which has held a remote casino licence from the Gambling Commission since 1 November 2014. For most players the name meant a white lobby, orange “Play” buttons and a host in an orange waistcoat on every banner.

In November 2019 the archived lobby showed 28 games, from Book of Dead and Starburst to Live Roulette. By March 2024 the menu read Casino, Live Casino and Sport; by August 2025 the Sport tab had gone. The last archived copy of a working Mr Mega casino is dated 14 August 2025.

On 24 September 2026 the Gambling Commission register lists mrmega.com as an inactive domain of AG Communications Limited — and none of the 78 domains on that licence is active. We found no public closure notice with an exact date from the operator or the regulator, so we date the story by the register and the archive rather than by an announcement.

Today mrmega.com shows the “MrMega Trust Index”, a review site whose footer says it is run by Sharp Connection Ltd and does “not operate any gambling service or accept deposits”. It is not the Mr Mega casino, and old accounts do not live there.

Owner, platform, licence

Who ran Mr Mega: owner, platform and UK licence

Mr Mega was one brand in a family run on the same technology. The casino’s own footer and the regulator’s register tell the same story from two sides, so we put them next to each other. If you are checking a UK casino for the first time, this is also the order to check it in: first what the site says about itself, then what the register confirms.

The UK licence is the part that matters for British players. It belongs to AG Communications Limited, a Malta company, and it is still active. What is no longer active is the brand’s domain on that licence — which is why a UK licence can show as “active” while the casino itself is gone.

One line on the regulatory record: on 4 February 2025 AG Communications Limited agreed a regulatory settlement with the Gambling Commission, including a £1,407,834 payment in lieu of a financial penalty, over anti-money-laundering and social responsibility failings between May 2023 and October 2024.

Mr Mega casino login: why the account page is gone

There is no Mr Mega login form any more. The casino has no active domain in the Gambling Commission register, and the site now at mrmega.com is a different business with no player accounts. Searching for “Mr Mega login” can only lead you to pages that are not the casino.

What to do instead:

  • Don’t type your old username and password into any site that uses the Mr Mega name.
  • If you used the same password anywhere else, change it there.
  • For questions about your account or balance, write to the licensee — see what to do with a Mr Mega balance.
  • If you self-excluded, it still counts: GamStop covers other UK-licensed operators.
No login page since the closure

Balance

What about money left in a Mr Mega account?

We cannot see anyone’s account, and we will not promise that a balance will be paid or say that it is lost. What we can tell you is who stood on the other side of the contract. For players in Great Britain that was AG Communications Limited, and the register still lists its licence as active (24 September 2026).

Write to the licensee at the head office address in the register: St George's Business Centre, Level 5, St George's Road, St Julians, STJ 3200, Malta. Keep copies of everything you send and a note of the date. The step-by-step version, including when to escalate, is on our Mr Mega withdrawal page.

What Mr Mega offered: slots, live tables and a short-lived Sport tab

The lobby archived on 19 November 2019 held 28 tiles: slots such as Book of Dead, Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Wolf Gold, Bonanza and Twin Spin, next to Live Roulette and Live Blackjack. The casino named Microgaming, NetEnt, Neogames and Amaya as its providers “and many more”, with iSoftBet in the footer; the tiles themselves came from studios such as Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play and Big Time Gaming. The 2019 menu also had Promotions and an Exclusive club — the story of those offers is on our Mr Mega casino bonus page.

The menu changed over time. In March 2024 it read Casino, Live Casino and Sport; by August 2025 the Sport tab was gone. The site spoke English, Deutsch, Norsk and Suomi in 2019, and English, Español and Français in 2025. All of this describes what the lobby held on those dates, not what you can play there today. The full list of 28 games is on the Mr Mega games page.

Sister sites

Mr Mega sister sites in brief

“Sister sites” here means brands that ran under the same UK licensee, AG Communications Limited. The register lists 78 domains on that account, and on 24 September 2026 every one of them shows as inactive. So a sister brand is not a place where an old Mr Mega account carries on. The full register table, and how to check a domain yourself, are on the Mr Mega sister sites page.

Mr Mega on mobile

There is no Mr Mega casino app in the UK App Store or on Google Play (searched 24 September 2026); the casino ran in a mobile browser. If a home-screen shortcut or an APK file named Mr Mega is still on your phone, delete it — it can no longer open the casino, and a file with that name from an unknown source is a risk. More on the Mr Mega app question.

Where to play now

Where to play now

If you still want to play at a UK casino, the button below goes to a partner site. It is not Mr Mega, not a “replacement” from the same company, and we are paid if you sign up — which is exactly why you should check it the same way you would check any casino.

Four checks take two minutes and work for any UK site:

  1. Licence in the footer. The licensee’s name and licence number should appear in the footer — and the same company should be in the Gambling Commission register.
  2. GamStop. A UK-licensed site takes part in GamStop, so a self-exclusion applies there too.
  3. Debit card or e-wallet. Credit cards for gambling have been banned in Great Britain since 14 April 2020; a site that takes one is a red flag.
  4. Visible limit tools. Deposit limits, time-outs and reality checks should be easy to find in your account.

FAQ

Mr Mega casino: questions players ask

Is Mr Mega casino still open?

No. The Gambling Commission register lists mrmega.com as an inactive domain of AG Communications Limited (checked 24 September 2026), and all 78 domains on that licence show as inactive. The last archived copy of the working casino is dated 14 August 2025. We know of no new address, and we would treat any "Mr Mega mirror" with suspicion.

Is mrmega.com the Mr Mega casino?

Not any more. The site at mrmega.com is now the "MrMega Trust Index", a review site. Its footer says it is operated by Sharp Connection Ltd and does not operate any gambling service or accept deposits. Your old casino account and balance are not held there.

Who owned Mr Mega?

The 2019 footer named Apex Marketing LTD (Marshall Islands) as brand owner, with games run by Aspire Global International LTD under a Malta licence. In Great Britain the operator was AG Communications Limited, a Malta company licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 39483.

Was Mr Mega licensed in the UK?

Yes, through AG Communications Limited. Its remote casino licence 039483-R-319409-019 has been active since 1 November 2014 and is still listed as active, but the mrmega.com domain on that licence is inactive (register, 24 September 2026).

Can I still log in to Mr Mega?

No. There is no working Mr Mega casino site to log in to. Do not type your old username and password into any site using the Mr Mega name. For questions about an old balance, write to the licensee, AG Communications Limited — steps are on our withdrawal page.

What happened to my Mr Mega balance?

We cannot see individual accounts. The UK party to your account was AG Communications Limited, whose licence remains active. Gather your registration email, username and bank statements showing deposits, then contact the licensee in writing and keep copies of everything you send.

Is there a Mr Mega app?

No Mr Mega casino app appears in the UK App Store or Google Play (searched 24 September 2026). The casino ran in a web browser. If an old shortcut or an APK file named Mr Mega is still on your phone, delete it.

Verdict

Mr Mega is closed — here is where that leaves you

As a casino, Mr Mega is gone. The register lists mrmega.com as inactive, the last archived copy of the working site is from 14 August 2025, and the address now belongs to a review site with no player accounts. The UK licence behind the brand, held by AG Communications Limited, is still active — so if you had money on your account, write to the licensee with your records rather than looking for a login. And if you simply want to play, choose a UK-licensed site you have checked yourself.
